PUTTING A CAP ON IT

Following the outcry from charitable bodies, which followed the Budget 2012 announcement of a cap on income tax reliefs, we now have a consultation document which confirms that reliefs for charitable giving will not be subject to the cap, which is expected to apply from next April.
