In the UK, HMRC does not publish figures about the amount in revenue which is being restructured in avoidance schemes, hence avoiding tax. HMRC said: 'We don't apportion tax avoided by HNWIs but our HNWI unit brought in an extra £200m to March 2012 from focusing on our wealthiest citizens.'
