The EC is launching an initiative to ensure that 'cross-border' workers are not discriminated against in their tax affairs. With worker mobility identified as a key driver to increase growth and employment, bureaucrats want to ensure that the estimated 1.2m cross-border workers in the EU are treated fairly.
