IPSASB PUBLISHES CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

The International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) has issued the first four chapters of its conceptual framework for general purpose financial reporting by public sector entities, covering the role and objectives of the new framework.
