Now that the december year end reporting season is out of the way, it is time to start planning for the changes that listed companies need to take into account next time round. Arguably the most significant change will be the implementation of the new version of the Corporate Governance Code. This will be applicable for all years beginning on or after 1 October 2014, so will also capture those reporters with 30 September 2015 year ends.
