BDO WINS GAME DIGITAL AUDIT FROM DELOITTE

Deloitte has resigned as auditor to video games developer Game Digital after a five-year term and will be replaced by BDO, following a competitive tender process which included consideration of ways to reduce the cost of the audit process. In a statement, Game Digital said Deloitte had resigned as the company's auditor with effect from 1 November 2016 and that BDO will be appointed for the financial year ending 29 July 2017. The appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting in January 2016.
