OFF PAYROLL WORKING IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

New rules regarding off payroll working in the public sector are now in force. The new legislation applies where a public sector body uses the services of a worker directly through an intermediary such as a Personal Service Company (PSC), and where agencies or third parties supply contracts to the public sector where those contracts are fulfilled by a worker providing personal services through a PSC.
