摘要

Efficient thermal oxidation of waste liquids and gases is becoming an increasingly sought after resource for petrochemical and refining plants, particularly in the field of sulphur recovery units (SRU). Plant managers and operations engineers need to be sure that the core combustion technology employed to deal with resulting tail gas will effectively and consistently convert such process waste products into harmless components that may be safely exhausted to the atmosphere. Additionally, of course, it is essential to ensure the oxidiser is optimally engineered to suit the specific requirements of a given application.
