It's More Than the Five To Do's: Insights on Diversity Education and Training From Roosevelt Thomas, a Pioneer and Thought Leader in the Field

Several scholars have shared their perspectives on diversify education and training in the literature; however, the voice of practitioners in scholarly outlets is often absent. Roosevelt Thomas, a thought leader and practicing pioneer in the field, agreed to share insights and lessons garnered during his 20-plus years in the field. He illustrates how diversity education and training must move beyond the five to do's (tactics), and ensure competencies, skills, and capabilities are also developed regardless of the arena (college campuses, workplaces, or communities).
