AATCC India Section Inaugural meeting

The first section of the AATCC outside the United States was formally inaugurated in India in February, 2006. AATCC President Robert Lattie attended to inaugurate the meeting of the first international section and deliver the keynote address. Ullhas Nimkar, a senior member of AATCC, was invited to deliver a special lecture, "Dynamic Consumer Quality Expectations and Standardization." His lecture described consumer's changing expectations of textile products, and the efforts of AATCC to include these expectations in its activities.
