Geologists, engineers, geophysicists, and other professionals engaged in production and/or exploration of reservoirs that are amenable to correlation and partitioning through sequence-stratigraphic principles.rnSequence Stratigraphy is a central paradigm in the interpretation of siliciclastic reservoirs. Introduced by Sloss, and popularized in the late 1970s by researchers at Exxon, sequence stratigraphy has seen heavy use as a method for correlation and definition of reservoir geometries within siliciclastic strata.
