Polyorchidism with presumed contralateral intrauterine testicular torsion

INTRODUCTIONPolyorchidism was first described by Blasius in 1670¹ during a routine autopsy. We report a child with unilateral polyorchidism and a contralateral absent testis, a combination not reported previously.
