青少年急性睾丸扭转与急性睾丸炎鉴别诊断及治疗

摘要

目的：急性睾丸扭转与急性睾丸炎两者临床表现极为相似，临床容易误诊。临床上对于以睾丸急性疼痛起病就诊患者要注意两者鉴别诊断，首诊医师要高度警惕，详细采集病史资料和避免体格检查遗漏，结合彩色多普勒血流显像检查，尽可能较早地明确诊断，避免因为误诊而造成患者睾丸坏死，影响患者生活质量。%Acute testicular torsion with acute orchitis both clinical manifestations are very similar,clinical misdiagnosis. In the clinical onset for treatment of patients with acute testicular pain should pay attention to both the differential diagnosis,the first doctor to a high degree of vigilance,collecting detailed medical history data and avoid physical check for missing,combining with color Doppler flow imaging,as far as possible earlier diagnosis,avoid because of misdiagnosis and causing the patient testis necrosis,affecting the quality of life of patients.
