BackgroundRosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare disease of histiocytic cells, a cause of benign cervical lymphadenopathy (LAP) and massive generalized lymph node enlargement in children and adults. There are also some reports on involvement of other human body organs with or without LAP.
