IntroductionGraft central thickness evaluates the graft quality which affects the outcome of Penetrating Keratoplasty (PK). It varies at different point of time after PK. Anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography (ASOCT) can measure graft’s central thickness with quite high precision.
