BackgroundTerlipressin with albumin is recommended in hepatorenal syndrome (HRS). Terlipressin is expensive and not licensed in many countries. Alternative therapy is necessary. We compared the efficacy of terlipressin and albumin with concurrent low-dose dopamine, furosemide, and albumin in HRS.
