Dentomaxillofacial Radiology in 2020—Exciting developments ahead

The third decade of this century has just started, and in only 1 year’s time Dentomaxillofacial Radiology will celebrate its 50th anniversary. In its inaugural year in 1972, only two issues were published and since then a lot has changed, both in the journal itself and in the profession of dental and maxillofacial radiology. We will look at this in more depth in our 50th anniversary volume, when DMFR will publish an invited review on relevant and interesting topics in every issue of 2021.
