a–c HO-1/BMMSCs and GFP/BMMSCs were established by transfection of Adenovirus-Ho-1 and Adenovirus-Gfp. The relative expression levels of the mRNA and protein of HO-1 in HO-1/BMMSCs were verified using qRT-PCR (a, fold change relative to BMMSCs, n = 4).
