Multiple alignment of the amino acid sequence encoded by BpMYB21 with those encoded by MYBs of other organisms obtained. Alignment was performed using the DNAMAN multiple alignment tool. Horizontal arrows represent R domains. Vertical arrows indicate the motif in the R2R3 domain that facilitates interaction with a MYB partner.
