Comparison of lesion areas caused by 24 h post inoculation (hpi) on leaves of Col-0 wild-type and mutants. The line is a myrosinase-defective mutant, and the line is deficient in aliphatic GL biosynthesis. Relative quantification of growth on lines for 24 h as quantified by qRT-PCR. The mRNA was normalized by the mRNA to quantify relative fungal colonization. Data represent mean ± SEM (  = 6 inoculated leaves and plants, respectively; inoculation with detached leaves was repeated once) and were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (  p  file.
