摘要

Osteoclasts are descended from the CD14 monocyte/macrophage lineage, but influence of other haematopoietic cells on osteoclastic commitment of their precursors has remained poorly understood. In this study, osteoclastogenic behaviour of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and their CD14 and CD14 subpopulations has been accessed, in the absence or presence of M‐CSF and RANKL.
