Early repolarization and echocardiography: Some aspects to consider

We have read with great interest the article recently published in ANE by Reinhard et al. ( ). The authors evaluate the prevalence of the pattern of early repolarization (ER), as well as investigate echocardiographic characteristics and cardiopulmonary capacity in exercise.
