Preoperative evaluation of the patient. Colonoscopy revealed a tumor 7 cm above the anal verge. Yellow arrowheads show edematous epithelium at the distal side of the tumor due to the ALTA sclerotherapy. CECT showed thickening of the rectal wall in the lower rectum (yellow arrowheads)
