Muir Gray’s article presents an interesting but only partial view of levels of care, bureaucracies and populations in need. The ‘bureaucracies’ dimension in particular is over-simplified – referring only to NHS England, CCGs, Hospital Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and General Practices.
