Correction of marked sagittal deformity with circumferential minimally invasive surgery using oblique lateral interbody fusion in adult spinal deformity

A case in the OLIF51 group: marked sagittal deformity in a 70-year-old woman with adult spinal deformity. She underwent oblique lateral interbody fusion at L1–5 and L5–S1 (black arrow). Posterior fixation was performed with percutaneous pedicle screws and rods system without corrective osteotomy. A lordotic curve was noted at the thoracolumbar junction area (white arrows)
