(JER) has a very high rejection rate. Over 60% of submitted papers are rejected from the initial review. Once the paper is submitted, it is preliminary reviewed on the editorial board. In this case, the format of the submitted paper, style of references, and qualifications of the contributor are reviewed. Then the review process is carried out. In this case, the quality and contents of the paper are examined. If you pass this review, you will be accepted and the PDF file will be sent to the corresponding author according to the publication date. The article will be published after correction.
