The goal of the workshop is to provide core directors and staff a fundamental understanding of Lean Management and culture and introduce them to practical tools they can utilized in their cores. Specific examples of "real life" issues that commonly occur in cores will be discussed and lean tools applied to deliver solutions. The workshop will be interactive, engaging and fun! Participants will leave with a new understanding of the source of problems they encounter and how to solve them bringing greater value to their clients and respect for their staff.
