Electrocardiograms (ECG). Baseline ECG; normal sinus rhythm with complete right bundle branch block (RBBB), QRS 104 ms. Wide QRS tachycardia (QRS: 162 ms) at initial presentation. Monomorphic, wide complex ventricular tachycardia at a rate of 200 beats per minute. ECG at discharge; normal sinus rhythm with complete RBBB, QRS 94 ms.
