The patient’s surface contour and 10 mm expansion into air generated off a whole body CT image set. 3D mesh transformation and segmentation into four separate interconnected shell components. Stereolithographic file exported to an example 3D printer for fabrication. Patient’s printed shell assembled and ready for clinical use
