What matters to me – a web-based preference elicitation tool for clients in long-term care: a user-centred design

A flow diagram of the qualitative descriptive study ‘What matters to me’. The steps taken in the qualitative descriptive study during the three phases: Look and feel, Navigation, and Content. After each phase, a new version of ‘What matters to me’ was prepared based on the adjustments proposed by the end-users. The new version was used in the following phase of the study
