Initial radiograph showing a large, displaced anterior glenoid rim fracture. 2 weeks after trauma, realignment of the fracture fragment is visible. Radiograph 4.5 months after trauma shows consolidation of the fragment. 12 months after trauma, the large fracture fragment is healed
