LPS effects on DNA methylation in bovine endometrial epithelial cells (bEECs). Principal component analysis displaying overall methylation profiles across all samples. The first dimension explained 21% variation and separated Cow1 from Cow2 and Cow3. The second dimension explained 16% variation, separated both Cow2 versus Cow3. Venn diagram displaying overlapping differentially methylated regions (DMRs) from 24 h sample groups: 0 μg vs. 2 μg (pink), 0 μg vs. 8 μg (blue), and 0 μg vs. 2 μg + 8 μg (green).
