Chemistry,as part of the STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines, isone of many areas where women’s potential is often still being“STEMmed”. In other words, women receive fewer opportunitiesboth as students and in leadership positions, and hence the entirecommunity loses out on this vast pool of talent. This on “ ” is our way to celebratewomen’s talent in chemistry and its interfacing areas by givingthe floor to 50 outstanding women scientists from all over the worldwho have published in as correspondingauthors.
