PurposeTo evaluate the feasibility of using tomotherapy to deliver whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT) with hippocampal avoidance, hypothesized to reduce the risk of memory function decline, and simultaneously integrated boost to brain metastases to improve intra-cranial tumor control.
