Post-Palatoplasty Eustachian Tube Function in Young Children with Cleft Palate

ObjectiveCharacterize Eustachian tube function (ETF) using the Forced-Response Test (FRT) in young children with cleft palate (CL/P) after palatoplasty with tympanostomy tubes inserted pre-palatoplasty and compare these results to those of a 1986 study that evaluated a similar population using identical methods.
