Purpose/Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of upfront treatment using bortezomib in combination with standard radiation therapy (RT) and temozolomide, followed by adjuvant bortezomib and temozolomide for up to 24 cycles in patients with newly-diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).
