Provider knowledge and performance in medication injection safety in anesthesia: A mixed method prospective crosses sectional study

ObjectivesInjection safety during anesthesia is a challenging health care issue in Iranian hospitals. Anesthesia is one of the most medication-intensive procedures in healthcare and injecting patients are an integral part of that care. The present study aimed to assess the status of medication injection safety practice in a teaching center.
