IntroductionMassive localised lymphedema (MLL) is considered a rare large, pendulous localised benign overgrowth of lymphoproliferative tissue commonly seen in patients with morbid obesity. Histologically, it may be mistaken for well-differentiated liposarcoma; hence, it is also known as pseudosarcoma.
