ObjectiveWe aimed to investigate mutation‐specific white matter (WM) integrity changes in presymptomatic and symptomatic mutation carriers of the C9orf72,MAPT, and GRN mutations by use of diffusion‐weighted imaging within the Genetic Frontotemporal dementia Initiative (GENFI) study.
