BackgroundAlthough aspirin and adrenaline are the guideline-recommended treatments for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and anaphylaxis, both regimens can contribute to clinical worsening in the setting of concurrent ACS and anaphylaxis which is called allergic angina or Kounis syndrome.
