BackgroundSoft‐tissue injuries of the knee, mainly involving the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), the medial collateral ligament (MCL) and menisci, are common and their rehabilitation after non‐surgical or surgical treatment often involves intensive and prolonged physiotherapy.
