Today there is an increasing need for hospitals to have accurate and timely data on their patients. The manual controls normally instituted to achieve a high level of accuracy in this data require additional manpower and often cause delays in receiving the data. Microprocessing technology allows accurate and timely data to be achieved without additional manpower.
