PURPOSEPractice facilitation is a promising approach to helping practices implement quality improvements. Our purpose was to describe practice facilitators’ and practice leaders’ perspectives on implementation of a practice facilitator–supported quality improvement program and describe where their perspectives aligned and diverged.
