IntroductionNasopharyngeal adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare tumor. Compared with others nasopharyngeal tumors, it is characterised by slow evolution but it is locally aggressive and has a high tendency to recurrences. Due to the rarity of cases, no consensus exists about treatment approaches.
