BackgroundRadiation dose continues to be a concern especially in the field of spine surgery, where anterior and posterior instrumentation is frequently utilized to treat multiple pathologies. The authors aim to demonstrate the feasibility of decreasing the radiation dose in standalone anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF).
