BackgroundHigh-dimensional image data including diffusion weighted imaging, diffusion tensor imaging and dynamic imaging are important in exploring the connectivity, cellularity, pharmacokinetic and blood supply. IMAge/enGINE is software especially designed for high-dimensional medical image computing.
