P-THER-14: A new simple training model for endoscopic ultrasound-guided transmural pancreatic pseudocysts and fluid collections drainage

Background and Objectives:Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts and fluid collections is an important therapeutic procedure. However, this procedure can be technically challenging especially for inexperienced (beginner endosonographer) and requiring a learning curve to obtain good results. Currently, several training models for EUS-guided drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts have been developed, but each has its own merits and limitations.
