BackgroundAortic valve stenosis (AS) is characterized by chronic left ventricular pressure overload, leading to left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). We assessed correlations in left ventricular volumes and function between echocardiography and quantitative gated SPECT (QGS) in patients with AS.
