PurposeThe aim of this study was to describe the postoperative outcomes of Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK) performed using our newly developed graft inserter (NS Endo-Inserter) and compare the findings with those for DSAEK performed using the Busin glide.
