This platform allows third-party developers to rapidly develop and deliver services. It also allows for automatic deployment and hosting run of business service and has a special centralized maintenance function. It is an extension of the delivery program of traditional telecommunications value-added services, and it provides the necessary technical support for the ecological environment of socialized value-added service innovation.
